By downloading or using POV Syncer ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

POV Syncer is an iOS application that syncs photos to POV camera video using EXIF timestamps and provides video editing, AI narration, and export features.

3. Subscriptions

Free Tier

The free tier provides full access to imports, the timeline editor, fonts, backgrounds, music, custom audio, voice recording, project saves, and clean watermark-free export at no cost.

Pro Subscription

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly through Apple's App Store
• Yearly: $99.99/year, billed annually through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods allow you to try Pro features before being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to your photos, videos, and projects. POV Syncer does not claim any ownership or rights to content you create or import into the app. Your content remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the app or its features

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and branding are the property of POV Syncer. The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use under these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POV Syncer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or this website.
